Annette O'Callaghan Annette O'Callaghan, Parliamentary Counsel—Annette became the NSW Parliamentary Counsel in 2018 and is the first woman to hold that role. From 2016 to 2018, she was the Queensland Parliamentary Counsel. She began her legislative drafting career in 1993 and has worked as a legislative drafter in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. Annette is also the Secretary of the Australasian Parliamentary Counsel’s Committee (also known as PCC) and runs our Government Bills Program. Learn more about this program.
